Slugger’s always had the best bats in the game. But this heritage brand has to stay relevant to each new generation of players and make a case for its cutting-edge technology.

Y&L was tasked with helping them do just that in two launch campaigns for their 2018 lineup. “Every Swing” rolled out the new baseball bats with an ode to the unsung moments spent practicing, while “Up Your Game” introduced new fastpitch bats with a rallying cry to empower individual players.

The campaigns launched in early 2017 with digital, print, online video and social components. Both spoke to players in their own language, proving that Slugger understands not only the tech that gives players a competitive edge but the spirit that makes them love the sport.
